Once we get to a certain point (plans, specifications, room finish out schedules, and allowance schedules all completed) an accurate detailed job cost for your project can be obtained. Often the client wants to change something during their construction process. When this occurs, they will pre-approve the cost of the change before the work is done so they will know how much the cost will be and the time frame required. Pre-planning helps cut down on changes, which in turn helps keep the cost in line.
